• Tickets sold are non-transferrable, non-refundable and void if altered. • Admission ticket may not be copied, resold or duplicated and can only be used once. • Each ticket admits one person. • Ticket is valid only on the date and time of the ticket. If you are late for the ticketed time, entry to the attraction is not guaranteed. • Re-entry is not allowed. • Admission to Museum of Ice Cream is subject to all government mandated Safe Management Measures and prevailing rules and regulations that are set by Museum of Ice Cream. You will be asked to leave the premises if you are found to be in breach of any of the rules and regulations. • Tickets are valid for 30 days after the date of the ticket. Customers can request to exchange the dates with valid reasons (e.g. feeling unwell, government mandated quarantine, etc.) by sending an email to hello@museumoficecream.com.sg • Museum of Ice Cream is not responsible and does not assume liability for any injury, damage or loss you may incur, whether such injury, damage or loss is caused by negligence or otherwise. • Museum of Ice Cream may, without prior notice and without refund, compensation or any liability, change the operating hours, close and/or restrict admissions to the attraction due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other reasons.
